Returns & Exchanges

We hope every ELARI piece feels just right. If your order is not quite what you expected, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of stains, fragrance, makeup marks, or damage. Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, if applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as ELARI is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Sale items, discounted items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
